Annabelle Mitchell


  Annabelle Mitchell is a current Age Group 1 Aerobics Gymnast.

Annabelle has had a very successful career to date claiming many gold medals over the past three years at the Australian Aerobic Championships in both the Individual Female and Trio categories.

Annabelle has also completed at many international events, including the 2016 World Age Championships in Korea. In 2017, Annabelle achieved her career highlight at the ANAC International Championships where she took home a hard fought bronze medal in the final after dropping a skill in the heats

GENERAL INFORMATION

Currently Studying Year 7 Moreton Bay College. 
Have any of your family members competed in elite sport? My sister has represented QLD at the National Championships for Rhythmic Gymnastics for 6 years. 
Best piece of advice received Shine, shine shine. 
Superstitions or pre-competition rituals: "Touch wood", strawberry Gatorade and never wear a brand new leotard for a big competition. 
How do you relax when you are not in the gym? Relax and hang with family and watch TV.

Age began gymnastics and reason for starting: I began Rhythmic Gymnastics at age 5 because my sister dit it.
