Mitchell Jones

                                                       
      

With a sporting motto of 'Dont' give up', Queensland's Mitchell Jones is a determined athlete. 

Now training at the National Centre of Excellence (Canberra) and being coached by Sergei Chinkar after moving from Gymnastics Queensland High Performance Centre after commencing his career at the Lawnton Academy of Artistic Gymnastics, Mitchell won the silver medal in the All Around competition at the 2013 Australian Gymnastics Championships.

Prior to this, Mitchell won the team champion title in the Level 10 Under 18 national competition in 2011.

In 2014, Mitchell was selected as a non-travelling reserve in the Artistic Gymnastics World Championships team.
