 Lidiia Iakovleva is one of Australia's brightest up and coming junior Rhythmic Gymnasts.

 2016 was an impressive year for Iakovleva which saw her compete internationally for Australia at the 2016 Pacific Rim Championships in Everett USA, where she  placed 5th in the All Around competition and take out the bronze medal in the Clubs Final. 

Domestically, Iakovleva took out first place in the Junior International All Around competition, as well as first place on Rope, Hoop and Clubs - a fantastic effort in her first year as an International Junior.

Best Gymnastics Moment: Competing at the 2018 Youth Olympic Games, living and meeting all the world's best up and coming gymnasts.
