Gymnastics Australia Recruiting National Women's Artistic Gymnastics Head Coach

In an important year for the sport of gymnastics, Gymnastics Australia is looking to the future to plan and prepare our elite athletes for the world stage and benchmark events.

To achieve this, Gymnastics Australia is recruiting for a National Coach, Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) to lead a future focus program targeting Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, Paris 2024 Olympic Games and beyond.

This position is aimed at leading the development of the national women's artistic program. Seeking a person with high level contemporary technical expertise, the National coach is focused on system leadership capability and has the ability to establish relations with influence, proven performance, along with a focus on holistic athlete development.

Reporting to Gymnastics Australia's National Performance Director (NPD), the primary role of the WAG National Coach is to lead, develop and implement the WAG National quadrennial Campaign and annual operational plans, aligned to GA's High Performance Plan (HPP) 2018+ purpose and the AIS's What It Takes To Win (WITTW) approach.
