NATIONAL COURSE PRESENTING TEAM

Gymnastics Australia has recently reviewed the structure for Course Presenters for Coach Accreditation Courses. As per the National Course Presenters and Assessors Training and Accreditation Policy the structure currently supports the development of course presenters as follows:

  • Trainee
  • Assistant Course Presenter
  • State Presenter
  • Assessor
  • National Course Presenter
  • Course Presenter Assessor

From 2003 a new tier has been added to this structure that will be referred to as the National Course Presenting Team.This new tier has been introduced for the following reasons:

  • Provide recognition/support to Course Presenters who demonstrate a continued commitment to Gymnastics Australia and their respective GymSport
  • Provide a coordinated approach to the demands made on Course Presenters who have distinguished talent.
  • Provide a coordinated approach to fee for service
  • Provide a support infra-structure of Course Presenters across all GymSports for State Associations to access in time of need
  • Provide an infra-structure of Course Presenters who are committed to the train – the – trainer philosophy to continue the development of Course Presenters for Gymnastics.

Gymnastics Australia has identified a select number of Course Presenters who are currently on our National Course Presenters (State and National) list, to be members of the National Course Presenting Team.
