WHAT IS THE MEMBERSHIP DATABASE?
Gymnastics Australia in conjunction with its State Associations maintains a national membership database. Registered athletes and technical members now have the ability to log into this database to view and edit selected details.

WHO CAN ACCESS THE MEMBERSHIP DATABASE?
Access to the Membership database is restricted to the following persons:-

• GA Board and Staff Members
• State Association Board and Staff Members
• Clubs (Subscribers to the Gymnastics On-Line ONLY)
• Technical Members
• Athlete Members

HOW DO I ACCESS THE MEMBERSHIP DATABASE?
In order to access the Membership database, you must be a member of Gymnastics Australia and be listed as one of the member categories listed above. All members will use the same "door" to enter the membership database. This "door" is simply a log-in page that will ask you to enter your username and password.

Dependent upon your membership category, you will be required to enter slightly different information as your username and password in order to log-in to the database.

• BOARD AND STAFF MEMBERS:
  All GA/State Board and Staff members will be contacted directly by GA and provided with instructions in order to log-in to the database. In most cases access to the database is already operational.

• TECHNICAL MEMBERS:
  Enter your login - this is your Technical Membership ID which can be found printed on your Technical Membership Card (contained in the plastic sleeve).
  

  Enter your password - this is a combination of your surname and year of birth. Ie. smith1975

• ATHLETE MEMBERS:
  Enter your login - this is the firstletter of your given name followed immediately by your surname (ie John Smith - username = jsmith). Please note that no apostrophes should be entered (ie Jimmy O'Little - username = jolittle).

  Enter your password - this is your date of birth, which must be typed as follows: ddmmmyyyy. (ie 01jan2001 - whereby the month must be typed in letters NOT numbers.

  IMPORTANT:
  If you receive an error message or a screen to say that your login or password is incorrect it may be that your Club has not yet processed your registration. Please check with your Club that your registration has been processed BEFORE calling your State Association or the Club IT HelpDesk.

WHAT CAN I DO ONCE LOGGED INTO THE DATABASE?
Dependent upon your membership category, selected security levels have been set that allows only information pertinent to the member to be accessed. The table below outlines the functions available to members once logged into the database.
