Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup Series heads to Tashkent
Looking to make their mark at this weekend’s FIG Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup in Tashkent (UZB), are Australian’s Alexandra Kiroi-Bogatyreva and Ashari Gill.
The third of five events of the FIG 2022 Rhythmic World Cup series will see three time World Champion competitor Bogatyreva, perform for the first time using the new artistry requirements while Gill will be hoping to continue her form from last weekend’s event.
The competition is scheduled to take place across rhythmic individual and rhythmic group, with qualifications for the first two days, and the apparatus finals to follow on April 17.
After Tashkent, the FIG World Cup series in Rhythmic Gymnastics turns to Baku (AZE) 22-24 April before wrapping up in Pesaro (ITA) 3-5 June.
