Brescia World Cup done and dusted

Over the weekend, four of our top Trampoline gymnasts took flight at the 2021 Brescia World Cup.

The event posed the final chance for the best Trampoline gymnasts around the world to earn themselves a nation quota spot for Tokyo Olympics.

Backing up her Continental Championships gold medal, Jessica Pickering again continued her string of impressive performances in qualifications, earning a spot in Sunday’s final where she finished in 5th place.

Unfortunately, the story wasn’t the same for Dominic Clarke, who failed to make his mark this time around, finishing in 20th place, missing out on finals.

Kira Ward and Claire Arthur also put their best foot forward, finishing in 19th and 23rd place respectively.

Meanwhile in Synchronised Trampoline, Jess and Kira came in 6th place.

The team are now in Anadia, Portugal to take part in another World Cup event.

Congratulations and well done! It has been great to see the team remain motivated through a difficult 18 months without international competitions, we wish you the best of luck for Portugal.
