Following a breakthrough week of competition in Antwerp which saw him establish his position in the top 20 Vaulters in the Men’s Artistic Gymnastics world, we caught up with Queensland’s James Hardy to see the experience of a debut World Championships campaign through his eyes.

When I was younger, I would jump off everything I could find because I loved to pretend I was flying, Gymnastics is the perfect sport for that feeling.
